La Mer comfortably accommodates four adults. Every room in the fully furnished home provides an unparalleled ocean view.

The master bedroom suite is a 750 square foot loft with an unobstructed 180-degree ocean view. It is perched in breathless suspension 50 feet directly above a small private beach and overlooks the spacious living room below. It has a queen-sized bed, gas fireplace, and a freestanding designer soaker tub from which one can gaze in complete privacy at the breathtaking oceanscape below. It also features a two-person glass block shower, dual sinks and enclosed water closet. A large walk in closet completes the ensemble.

The second bedroom also has an ocean view, a queen-sized bed and a four-piece ensuite washroom featuring sparkling white porcelain clawfoot tub and pedestal sink.

The great room expands from the granite topped designer kitchen bar to a breathtaking 2½ story vaulted glass walled atrium just feet away from the sparkling Pacific. It sports an elegant avant garde wood-burning fireplace and adjacent library. A state-of-the-art entertainment system, spacious laundry room, and powder room complete the main floor features.

A complete kitchen with gas stove top, wall oven, microwave and fridge is available for your use. Staples such as flour, sugar, coffee, tea are supplied but perishable groceries should be purchased before you arrive. The nearest grocery store is 20 minutes from the house in the town of Sooke. Several award-winning gourmet restaurants are within a 20 minute drive.

$295/night plus 5% GST and Cleaning fee: $150.

Minimum 2 night stay

April 1 -- October 1

$395/night plus 5% GST and Cleaning fee: $150

Minimum 7 night stay

Terms of Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Payment may be made by Visa or Canadian personal cheque if received one month before booking dates.

Remaining 50% of booking is due two weeks before arrival.
